Refund & Warranty Policy

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

If we are not at fault, you may return new unused item(s) within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If you have used the product and find that it is not to your satisfaction, we will accept the return for a refund within 30 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or worn due to abuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us accepting your returned item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Please send an email to Returns stating the issue and how we can help.


Receiving a Refund

Typical waiting times:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • 5 to 10 days business days for your bank to process our refund request

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If you do not receive a refund within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please send an email to Returns for help.


If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, we will gladly replace it free of charge including shipping and handling.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us by sending an email to Returns. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be responsible for shipping and handling costs for the replacement order. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.



FM Fabrication’s products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship and to perform as advertised when properly installed, used, and maintained. Misuse or any type of abuse will void all associated warranty obligations. Should any part(s) prove defective within one year from date of purchase, it(they) will be replaced without charge provided the defective part(s) is returned, shipping charges prepaid.

FM Fabrication will not be responsible for labor charges, loss, or consequential damage of any kind or character caused by defective parts or for charges incurred in the replacement or repair of defective parts by Purchaser. This warranty does not apply when damage is caused by abrasive materials, chemicals other than automotive typical. Careless handling, including that by freight companies, and improper installation or use may void all warranties.

The Joint Jacket is not intended to be used on moving parts or inside machinery. Chemicals other than Oils, Greases, Fuels, or Acids that come into contact with the Joint Jacket may void the warranty. If the Joint Jacket is used outside of maximum temperature limits, this may void the warranty. Unnecessary stretching and deforming may also void the warranty.

FM Fabrication must be notified of a failure within the warranty period and will then supply instructions to Customer or Dealer. To initiate a warranty claim, please email Returns as soon as possible.

The forgoing states FM Fabrication’s entire liability for any claim to damages whatsoever, and is made by FM Fabrication and accepted by Purchaser in lieu of all other warranties, obligations, or liabilities expressed or implied.
